Meaningful conversations and gatherings
Connect through intimate meet-ups, online conversations and member-hosted gatherings designed for openness, depth and genuine connection.
Workshops, retreats and learning experiences
Take part in practical and reflective experiences shaped around the interests of the community, including Sage Advice Live, member-led workshops, retreats and Second 50 Life Design programs.
Possibilities, purpose and contribution
Explore what comes next through the Possibilities Lab, Connection Circles and member-led initiatives that help women turn curiosity, experience and purpose into meaningful action.
A community you can help shape
Bring your own ideas, expertise and leadership. Members are encouraged and supported to initiate conversations, create experiences and open opportunities for one another.
Your $55 annual membership opens the door to the Second 50 community, its collective wisdom, conversations and many member experiences. From time to time, optional workshops, retreats, multi-week programs or member-led activities may carry an additional fee.
Join Second 50A different kind of membership
Second 50 is not something delivered to members. It is something members help bring to life.
That does not mean you need to organise an event, lead a program or be constantly involved. Participation can be as simple as joining a conversation, making a thoughtful connection, sharing something you have learned or encouraging another woman's idea.
Some women dip in and out as life allows. Others gradually step forward to host, facilitate, collaborate or create something of their own. There is always activity to join, but no expectation that you take part in everything.
Our annual membership is deliberately just $55. It is accessible enough to let women participate in their own way and at their own pace, while still making joining an intentional choice.
What matters is not how often you show up, but the spirit in which you join: with curiosity, generosity and an understanding that the community becomes richer when women share wisdom, support one another and create possibilities together.

It does not matter where you have come from, what you have done so far or what is happening in your life right now. You do not need a polished plan, an impressive title or all the answers.
